Applicant institutions can find the link to the platform below, along with the forms for certain mandatory application documents. To access the platform, please register with your email address. A confirmation email containing the link for submission will follow. If the email does not appear in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder.

The host institution must designate a contact person responsible for the
application. This individual must be employed by the institution and will serve as the primary contact throughout the process.

Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.

An Eligibility and risk questionnaire is available here to assist potential host institutions in checking the eligibility and risk criteria. Institutions are strongly encouraged to complete this questionnaire before considering handing in an application.
