On the 10th and 11th June, the SAFE consortium hosted the SAFE fellows and their host institutions in Paris, for a dedicated two-day seminar. Designed as a forum, this event was an opportunity to exchange good practice, experience and ideas and to identify ways of supporting researchers at risk.
The seminar also explored current European policies and trends on supporting researchers at risk. It enabled participants to develop their professional skills and offered them opportunities for networking.

The first day alternated between plenary discussions and parallel sessions. Below you can find the conclusions and recommendations that were prepared by the participants during the thematic sessions, dedicated to hosting support and opportunities for researchers beyond their fellowship.
The second day offered researchers the opportunity to present their work during a poster session and during three-minute pitches. Our poster gallery and the replay of the presentations are to be found below.
